How to Use:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. You must also provide a copy of your receipt.

To return a product, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization number (RA).
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
• Include a copy of your receipt and the RA number in the package.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. We also cannot accept returns of products that have been purchased more than 7 days ago.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a flat shipping fee of $5.

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship using USPS First Class Package Service. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
